How do I book an airport transfer?+
Enter your flight number, arrival time, pickup point and destination, then choose a vehicle. The fare is shown before you send the request. RideVie confirms it and sends the driver details before your pickup.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
Enter your flight number and arrival time when you book, and tell RideVie early if the flight is delayed or rescheduled. A delayed flight on its own is not a cancellation, and RideVie will contact you if the pickup plan has to change.
Which languages are supported?+
The website is maintained in English and Vietnamese. Other languages can be displayed through Google Translate (machine translation), so the English and Vietnamese pages remain the reference.
Can I contact RideVie through WhatsApp or Zalo?+
Yes. The phone, WhatsApp and Zalo contacts that are currently active are listed on the Contact page and in the footer. Please include your booking code, pickup date and flight number so we can help faster.
Which vehicles can I book?+
Available now: 4-seat car (up to 3 passengers, 2 bags); 7-seat car (up to 5 passengers, 4 bags); 9-seat car (up to 8 passengers, 6 bags); 16-seat car (up to 12 passengers, 10 bags). Choose the class on the booking page; every fare is shown before you send the request.
How is the fare calculated?+
The fare is calculated from the actual road distance between pickup and destination and the vehicle class you choose. Waiting time, extra stops, seasonal fees and promotion codes are itemised in the same price breakdown before you send the request.
How do I pay?+
After RideVie confirms your request you receive a payment link. Accepted: bank transfer with a VietQR code. Use the payment reference shown for your booking so the payment can be matched to it.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?+
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund; between 12 and 24 hours, 50% is refunded; less than 12 hours before pickup there is no refund. You can cancel from your account or by contacting RideVie.
