Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is RideVie by MINH SAN Travel. Tax code: 0402191731. Please send privacy requests to ridevie.info@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

• Bookings: name, e-mail, phone/WhatsApp/Zalo, pickup and drop-off, date and time, passengers, luggage, flight number (if provided), notes and the booking’s payment details.
• Accommodation requests: name, contact details, stay dates, guests/rooms and hotel preferences.
• eVisa assistance: name as in passport, nationality, contact details, arrival date/airport, number of applicants and support needs.
• Account and security: e-mail, password (stored only as a hash), language, two-factor settings and security logs.
• Payments: payment status and reference for reconciliation. When card payments are enabled, card details are entered on the payment provider’s page; RideVie does not store full card numbers.
• Trip ratings: the stars, comment and display name you send through the private link in the post-trip e-mail, tied to your booking code. A comment is shown publicly only if you agree and a team member approves it.
• Technical: IP address, device/browser, essential cookies and error logs used to run and protect the website.

3. Why we use it

We use data to receive and carry out your request (quote, confirm, dispatch drivers/partners, take payment, refund), support you, prevent fraud and secure accounts, and meet legal obligations. We only send marketing messages if you agree.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with: drivers and transport partners carrying out your trip (name, pickup point, pickup time, flight number, contact); payment providers and banks; accommodation or related service providers when you ask for them; map, messaging (e-mail/messages) and anti-spam providers (for example Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA when enabled); and public authorities where the law requires. RideVie does not sell personal data.

5. International processing

Some technical providers (e-mail, maps, anti-spam) may process data outside Vietnam. We share only what that service needs.

6. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, for accounting and to meet legal requirements, and are then deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete your account data where the law allows.

7. Security

Guests’ contact details are encrypted at rest and visible only to authorised staff. The platform uses access control, logging and safeguards against unauthorised access.

8. Your rights

Under Vietnamese personal-data-protection law you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data and withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. Send your request to ridevie.info@gmail.com; we reply within the time required by law. You may also complain to the competent authority.

9. Cookies

RideVie uses essential cookies for secure login, form protection and remembering your language and cookie choice. Analytics or marketing cookies (if enabled) run only if you allow them; you can reject them on the cookie banner.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults. If you book for a child you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian.
