1. About RideVie

By creating an account or sending a booking or service request you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. What RideVie offers

RideVie lets you request and pay for airport transfers, private cars with driver and multi-stop tours (mainly in Da Nang, Hoi An and nearby areas), and send quote requests for accommodation and eVisa assistance. The services, vehicle types and routes shown on the booking pages are the ones available at that time.

3. Requests, confirmation and prices

• The fare is calculated from the actual road distance between pickup and destination and the vehicle class you choose, and is shown in VND before you send the request. Waiting time, extra stops, seasonal fees and promotion codes (if any) are itemised in the same price breakdown.
• Sending a request does not yet confirm a vehicle. RideVie checks availability and then sends a confirmation with a payment link; driver and vehicle details follow before pickup.
• If you change the route, add stops or need extra waiting time during the trip, the fare may change and RideVie will confirm the new amount with you.

4. Payment

Pay with the payment methods shown at checkout or in the payment link RideVie sends you (for example bank transfer). Please use the payment reference shown for your booking so that we can match your payment to it.

5. Cancellation, changes and refunds

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund; between 12 and 24 hours, 50% is refunded; less than 12 hours before pickup there is no refund. You can cancel from your account or by contacting RideVie.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate names, phone/WhatsApp/Zalo numbers, flight number, pickup and drop-off details, and stay reachable around pickup time.
• Choose a vehicle that fits your passengers and luggage, and tell us in advance about children, bulky baggage or special assistance needs.
• Follow the driver’s reasonable safety instructions, wear seat belts where fitted, and do not carry illegal or dangerous goods.
• You are responsible for loss or damage you cause to the vehicle.

7. Drivers, vehicles and partners

Trips are carried out by drivers and vehicles of RideVie or of its transport partners. The driver’s name and the vehicle plate are sent to you before pickup. Accommodation is provided by the hotel; eVisa decisions are made only by the Vietnamese immigration authority — RideVie provides information and application assistance but cannot guarantee the outcome or processing time.

8. Delays and events outside our control

Traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes and similar events can affect pickup and arrival times. RideVie works to keep to the confirmed schedule and will contact you when a significant change is likely, but is not liable for delay or loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Vietnamese law. Subject to that, RideVie’s liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and RideVie is not liable for indirect loss such as missed connections, lost bookings with third parties or lost profit.

10. Account security and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting your password, 2FA codes and credentials, and must not share access with unauthorised persons. Do not abuse, scan, disrupt or defraud the platform, take over accounts or interfere with other users or services.

11. Complaints and support

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; if that fails, the competent courts of Vietnam have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

RideVie may update these terms. The version that applied when you accepted them is recorded with your account or booking; the current version is shown at the top of this page.
