Estimated fare
The booking form may display an estimated fare based on route, service, vehicle, pricing tiers and active promotions. The server validates the quote again when you submit.
Payment method
Available payment methods depend on system configuration and partner/account rules. Follow the method shown on the booking confirmation.
Booking status
Common states include new/requested, confirmed, assigned, in progress, completed or cancelled. A driver assignment is separate from the original booking creation.
Changes
If pickup time, pickup point, passenger count or route changes materially, contact support before pickup. A change can affect availability and fare.
Avoid duplicate payment or booking
If a page is slow after submission, check your booking history or confirmation before submitting again. Keep payment proof when required.
