The confirmation shows the room, stay period, total selling price and payment instructions when configured. The same unchanged quote is not repeatedly re-sent.
Reminder and cancellation policy
If payment is still outstanding close to arrival, RideVie may send a reminder according to the configured workflow. Cancellation/refund terms shown in the confirmation apply to that hotel quote.
