How is the tour total calculated?
Each leg is priced by actual distance, plus waiting time at your stops; any promotion is deducted from the price before discount.
Is my car confirmed as soon as I book?
Sending a request is not yet a confirmed vehicle. RideVie checks availability, then sends a confirmation with a payment link; driver and plate details follow before pickup.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund; between 12 and 24 hours, 50% is refunded; less than 12 hours before pickup there is no refund. You can cancel from your account or by contacting RideVie.
